"I ordered the Emmy burger and the Cesar salad tonight from this location for delivery. The salad did not show up at all, but the real issue was that the burger that arrived was 100% raw (photo attached). I'm hoping that this oversight had to do with the fact that my order was for delivery and not what they are generally serving guests in the restaurant, but when I called and spoke to the manager on duty she said "We serve a lot of burgers, this must have fallen through the cracks." She did apologize but I don't feel that she showed the kind of concern and urgency appropriate for the fact that the food that the chef deemed acceptable to send out of the kitchen could have put me in the hospital. This is a $33 burger and it was completely raw. I'm also in my third trimester of pregnancy and I'm still shaking about what could have happened had I not realized and swallowed my first bite of completely raw meat. I used to love this restaurant but won't ever be able to return and I would recommend folks really triple check the status of their burgers before diving in."

"This is the tastiest burger I've ever had in New York. It's impressively large with rich layers inside, including crispy bits that add a delightful texture. The beef patty is tender, and what makes it special is that you can't customize the ingredients. Perhaps it's the secret to maintaining its unique taste consistently."

"One of the best burgers I have ever tried. The portion is humongous, and I really like their special house sauce and caramelized onions. The bomb! However, the bacon is a bit too salty for me. So, my recommendation is not to add bacon to the burger. Besides that, everything is perfect. Live up the hype."

"Came to Emily with high expectations and a roaring appetite. Left feeling more satisfied than I can remember ever being and in a quandary over whether it was the best burger I’ve ever tried. If you like your burger sloppy and packed out with onion then it’ll be your winner. If you prefer a slightly less packed out piece then you’ll probably side for a more classic burger. The melting, dripping landslide of cheese is very special. If Emily put a Classic American Cheeseburger on their menu then I have no doubt it would be the best burger in the world. The Korean Sticky & Sour Fried Chicken was a surprise actually. Easily one of the best dishes we ordered. Start with the initial saucy flavour and then just the perfect amount of hard crisp before falling away into the soft underside of chicken flesh - truly something to get if you come. Colony Pizza was very solid, had pepperoni and hot honey. I don’t think it beats Village Square Pizza but it was an unexpected delight. The broccoli salad was also a surprise, really beautifully cooked chicken and balanced flavours in the salad."
