"Very friendly staff and spacious store! They are quite busy but are really helpful assisting with the sizes and any questions. Overall I had great experience browsing and trying on items that I was interested in. I like how the this store carries most of the styles on floor compared to the UES store where you have to specifically ask for certain styles that they keep in the back."

"Was there a week ago and bought things for myself and husband. Two girls, Sarah and Jerlinee, were kind and patient I ended up happy with what I get. They do need more cashiers and more men’s items."

"The staff and the store manager was very impatient and rude. I brought a pant for return in store. The cashier made a mistake, she just pick the wrong item (also cheaper) in my order for return without checking the tag. I found out the return amount wasn't right. The cashier didn't apologize and she doesn't know how to fix it. The store manager came over also didn't apologize for the mistake the staff made and I had to wait for extra time to get it fixed. Her attitude was so bad. She made it seem like I was the one who was causing trouble. They ended up messed up my order and I lost $10+ because the mistake the cashier made. COME ON, if ALO wants to compete with LULULEMON, please get your customer service right"

"Shop assistants were in a mood because we went 45 minutes before close (??). If you want customers to not go later then change the opening times of the store but not transmit such bad vibes. We had an employee walking right behind us rearranging every piece we touched and saying some comments aloud… not an enjoyable experience, we end up leaving and not trying/buying anything because of them. Management should do something about it or change opening hours so employees are not in such a mood."
