"After my doctors appointment, I like to stop here to treat myself to a nice healthy breakfast. The staff is friendly and the eat in area is cozy and clean. There is a spa adjoining the cafe with nice bathrooms. My favorite is the everything bowl. Eclectic mix of poached egg, poppyseed, sesame, spinach, tomato, sweet potato and avocado. Pairs wonderfully with a cup of rich coffee"

"A good neighborhood spot for healthy-ish food. I like the quality of ingredients, and the taste and presentation are great. The roast chicken dinner is a good deal and filling for 2-3 people. They used to have a mushroom grilled cheese which was so yummy, and now it’s a kimchi grilled cheese which is good."

"The tarragon chicken salad sandwich was really tasty and the pickled onions made it nice and tangy. Also liked that the chicken pieces were bigger and not kinda mushed with all the mayo like a traditional chicken salad. Also tried their raspberry matcha mochi cake, mostly bc I love anything mochi based. It definitely had that slight chewiness that makes it so satisfying. Not much matcha flavor, but still good overall. Nice clean casual place to sit. They also have USB outlets underneath the banquette seating, so you can take a charging break while you’re eating. Will come back to try their other items."

"Great place to drop in for a casual bite to eat. I usually don’t get excited for “healthy” food but the Lemongrass Chicken bowl and Mushroom Ruben were delicious. The prices were not as high as I thought they’d be for a hip spot like this. We didn’t try any of the bakery items but they looked great as did the coffee selection. The service was also fast and friendly. Great new place to check out!"
