"No bathroom, very limited seating, LOUD music…but of course a corporation of this size is unfriendly to actual humans, what else to expect. Manhattanville Coffee, Sugarhill Cafe, the Chipped Cup are all in the neighborhood and much better"

"As far as Starbucks locations, this is a forgettable one. There is a blandness to the inside, and it really lacks any personality. Also, a strange choice for seating with two separate small tables and one long bench with three tables awkwardly placed along it. +1 for the power outlets at least (and Starbucks wifi of course). Well-located immediately next to the 1 train and Bx19 bus with opening hours well-suited for any morning commuter. Service was friendly, but it's clear that there is still some growing pains in the service chain (missing drinks and orders, just amongst the few customers I saw during my visit). Will revisit in a few weeks to see if this has changed! Overall, a full-service Starbucks (with nitro!) with limited indoor seating, that is still growing into its new home (opened November 27th!). A welcome addition for any Starbucks fan in Hamilton Heights."
