"I asked google to find me a cozy coffee place on a rainy Sunday afternoon in NYC and found exactly the cafe I was looking for! Delicious coffee and cozy atmosphere. Friendly staff and a great variety of snacks. We ordered 3 different types of croissants - a butter croissant, a chocolate croissant, and a balkan croissant. In case you have never tried a Balkan croissant, it's got its name from its croissant shape but does not have the typical layers of a croissant. instead, there is filling with plum jam. Get it if you feel like eating something sweet but don't expect a croissant taste. To be honest, all of our croissants were not the freshest, unfortunately. Hence why I took a point off. I might come again but more so for the coffee and the cozy atmosphere only. Also, good to know, this coffee shop doesn't allow laptops on weekends."
