Sweet Moment

"Seems like this place just runs in the background without minimal staff interference or interest. Understandable it was busy, but still the service was extremely slow. I was at the reception, the staff was working and didn't acknowledge for a while. Someone came to attend after 5 minutes. Got the small melon bingsoo. Wrong flavor but still the overall shaved iced, vanilla and other jelly combo was very basic. There was hardly any pleasing taste to it."

"The prices are slightly steep but the items here are kind of unique so it’s understandable. I got a red velvet coffee and the art on it was super cute. The coffee is kind of cold when you get it which I don’t mind but keep that in mind if you don’t like cold coffee. I also got the matcha cheesecake bingsu, which was super good, I don’t have anything to say about it except that you should get it. There were only two people working there and I think they definitely needed help because everything too a while to come out and the barista seemed very overworked."

"Great location, great treats, and drinks to choose from. And the atmosphere is nice and cozy. Close to the parking garage. Great 1st stop of the day. I chose to have my desert 1st. It was delicious. I got a naughty caramel, which was amazing. As well as a ginger honey tea. Everything was perfect, and they had a clean bathroom."

"I ordered the strawberry shaved milk and thought it was great! It could’ve used more strawberry drizzle but the concept of shaved milk is amazing. The gummy rice cakes in the middle added a fun twist. The ice cream scoop on the top was a sweet touch. Beautiful presentation, nice atmosphere, and friendly staff!"
