"I did not check the person name at the drive thru.She made it seem like I was already 2 months behind on payment, and needed to pay for two payments today. I understand that I wasn't going to be forced to pay today, but I panicked because I no it's to good to be behind on payment. I'm having trouble with money right now, and it caused me to panic. I don't think it was okay of her to do this. She was not understanding of what she caused me to go through after I explained what she just did to me. I've noticed people who work for Telco can be rude."

"After submitting an a loan application and not receiving any sort of follow up or being able to speak with someone at Telco Credit Union I decided to submit a loan application over the weekend at Premier. I was called Monday morning by Alyssa at the Charlotte branch who made the process efficient and communicated well the whole time. When I went in to the branch in Asheville to open my account and finalize the documents, the service I received from the loan office was amazing. I’m truly satisfied with the services I’ve received from Premier/Charlotte Metro Credit Union! The rates are much better there too. That’s why Telco employees bank there instead also."
