"Gorgeous, large space. Great place to get some work done (if you can use your ear pods). Staff is efficient and friendly. Music is way too loud, but otherwise perfect. I hope people don’t ruin the beautiful furniture, it is very aesthetically pleasing."

"The manager Debbie went above and beyond helping when I had an issue that I had with a gift card I purchased from this store - but was a Starbucks issue -not specifically her store. She advised me at to what to do and who to speak with -after several attempts with Starbucks customer service ( which needs a bit of tweaking) all was resolved. I returned back to her store to let her know how it all played out and again she was so responsive and invested in my situation - such a kind - dedicated and very much customer service oriented manager. Great job and thank you again Debbie. Five stars well deserved."

"This has a drive through and a huge interior with multiple tables of twos and fours. There is also a large dining room table with seven chairs. This is the largest Starbucks that I have been to on the Island. Brittany the barista provided quick and outstanding service. She would not let me leave until I was satisfied with my choice of drink. Attention management: you must do something!"

"The staff Great n service in New Starbucks on 220 Mt Pleasant Smithtown ...used tb old Friendly's..on hill on corner.....is huge Starbucks plenty seats n tables inside n out too...w drive up window.. Good Luck to you!!! We love it there stopped few times...even got my PupCup for my Chewie..."
