"After many years of dining at and recommending this restaurant, we were terribly disappointed recently. We had a 5pm reservation for dinner on Christmas Eve. We arrived 10 minutes early and there was only one couple ahead of us. They were seated at 5pm. Many other folks arrived for their own 5pm reservations and were all seated, while we were still left standing. Then the 5:30 folks arrived and were all seated, while we were still left standing. Then the 6pm folks arrived and began to be seated. At 6:15 we decided to just leave. We had of course, during this very prolonged wait, reminded the hostess / owner that we were still waiting (three polite reminders) and she acknowledged that tables were opening up. This was a case of terrible management of both the reservation list and open tables. A table for two could easily have been separated from some of the large open tables to accommodate us much earlier. We understand Christmas Eve crowds but there is no excuse to leave us still waiting after 1 hour, 20 minutes if everyone else has been seated. Very very poor customer service."

"One of the best burgers I have had in a while.. Came out perfect, for me, medium rare. The meat blend Chuck, Brisket, and Short Rib... That's a premium blend that warrants the $19 price tag The fries were served extra crispy, as I like them Friendly, beautiful place...Busy for lunch , with many tables filled Ill definitely be back, and would not hesitate to recommend the burger, or the restaurant.. Certainly in my top 10, might even squeeze into my top 5 Enjoy"

"A great place for a nice meal! We made reservations for their Christmas Eve dinner. It wasn't too crowded and the workers were really friendly. The crab cakes were a great start to the meal. It had a nice flavor and a light crisp. The mango salad on top was a nice addition. The soup was also really good. The main dishes were great but the risotto was a little on the mushy side and the flavor didn't really stick out to me. Overall, this is a great place for some classic dishes!"
