"Disgusting food. Worst pizza in NYC. Dirty. I saw the scooter delivery guy grab a handful of either pickles or banana peppers with his bare, dirty hands and place it in the pizza box for delivery. First time tasting Papa John’s and it will be my last. Horrible service. Rude. Who ever rated this place five stars needs to be verified."

"Horrible franchise they are super rude they messed up order. You have to order in person or else the employee are too stupid to read directions. I would love to see this under new management as they are horrible people. A lot of the reviews are fake here order from a different location they need to be canceled"

"We ordered for the Super Bowl LVI for remembrance of my father that recently died. We received the pizza with a receipt on it and it wasn’t even our receipt!!! When I called to complain, one of the workers in the back was saying “so what huh- so what you got it”. This was the worst! Never order from this location."
