Pizza Hut

"Terrible food and service. I ordered 2 pizza and some mozzarella sticks. Everything was cold, stiff and pizza not properly cut. I tried warming it up on the oven but even then, it tastes like old bread. Nothing was fresh. I tried contacting the store about this matter and could hear how they hung up the phone on me. I tried calling again and again and was left on hold the entire time. Very dissatisfied with the service at this location."

"This Pizza Hut is the biggest let down in all of the Bronx. The only positive about this location is the staff (very friendly). Other than that, the negatives are in abundance. Let's go down the list shall we? Food is expensive for fast food pizza (ex. $8 dollars for a handful of fries?) Wait time is insane (30-40 minute wait for anything) Salt content is insane (you eat a slice of pizza and feel your blood pressure go through the roof, along with dehydration) Food is cooked in secrecy behind a wall Windows are tinted (like why lol?) Few seating options and they are hidden in the back behind a wall (just remove it and tell people to only get food to go) Food is low quality (taste like the dough was bought from the dollar tree) Food is bland (trying to mask the flavor with cheap cheese and a whole lot of salt) Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. It's insanity to charge this kind of premium in this section of the Bronx for low quality food."

"They advertize cinnamon rolls on the menu but they don't have them at this store. They messed my order up. I asked for traditional chicken wings, they gave me breaded boneless chicken. The pizza ended up being rather nasty, but edible, but surprisingly the chicken was decent even if it was the wrong order. The prices are outrageous as well. I am very disappointed with my service and will be sticking with the Domino's Pizza in the local area."

"Placed an online order of over $80 bucks and received nothing. I called the location and I was lied to and hung up on by the same guy on two occasions. I should get read the reviews before placing an order because this is a norm for this location. First and last. I’ll stick to Domino’s. Close this location down; they obviously ain’t about this pizza life. FYI: The pic is of the pizza that never was."

"Half my order was missing, bread sticks were literally burnt sticks, I even tried calling the shop to fix this issue but was put on hold 5 different times for over 30 min. This location just opened and is already being ran into the ground. Just terrible!"
