"Stay away - scroll through the reviews and you’ll see management doesn’t even bother to respond to their feedback which tells you everything you need to know. I requested a refund after coming in to pick up my order (had already been charged online) and seeing these hard inedible rolls presented as “food.” The cashier FaceTimed some woman who I guess is a manager and had her yell at me through the phone that they “don’t do refunds.” I reached out to corporate and after over a month I’ve gotten nowhere. I was robbed, literally, paying for food my fam couldn’t eat. SAVE YOUR MONEY. RUN. RUN. RUN."

"My initial experience with this place wasn’t so great, as I think my pizza had little to no sauce on it and came cold. I’ve tried it a few times since then over the last year and I’ve had no problems with my orders. I’m just outside of Riverdale in Yonkers and whenever I DoorDash from here, my pizza always comes well-cooked and warm. No complaints!"

"The worst Pizza Hut pizza I’ve ever had. First off I was a bit disgusted right before leaving the restaurant I saw one of the cooks prepping the pizzas without gloves. He was adding cheese and other toppings without gloves. I mentioned it to the cashier (who I believe is also the manager) and she told me that “they’re not required to wear gloves.” I’ve never heard of such a thing and can’t imagine a health inspector would approve of that. Secondly, our pizza was cold, dry and very little cheese. We ordered carry out and waited outside in the car for the 15min we were told it would be ready. The pizza felt lukewarm to the touch but once I got home (we live 5min away) my husband and daughter said the pizza was cold. I then noticed that there was barely any cheese. The pizza looked like it was a day old. And for first time ever, I watched my daughter put her freshly bought slices in the microwave. We go to Papa John’s all the time and have to wait nearly 45min for our pizza to be ready. When we get it home it’s normally still hot and oozing with cheese. This experience at Pizza Hut was so disappointing. We will never go back to this location. Which is too bad because my daughter was really excited when it opened so close to our house. The Pizza Hut pizza at Target is 100 times better than this. Unfortunately, you’re limited to personal pan pizzas at Target but I would much rather buy several personal pan pizzas than to go back at this location in the Bronx. Horrible!!"

"The atmosphere looks very dirty like they don’t clean , when I went to pick up my order, there was only one person working. She was making pizzas, doing online orders , and taking care of people in the front and not one time she wash her hands even after handling money. She said she was the general manager, and I couldn’t understand why she would be running a store by herself until 2 AM and such a neighborhood. The food was just gross. The cheese was so chewy. I got stuffed crust pizza and I don’t know if it was in the oven for a long time but the cheese in the crust pretty much dried out and my toppings were burnt on the top. Overall experience, I would just get dominoes next time."
