"The one counter worker there seems to have two brain cells fighting a losing battle for oxygen. How do you so confidently tell me my food is not ready after I see it sitting on the counter, call the next customer, and then grab my pizza right next to you and say it’s ready? Nothing about that interaction made any sense."

You call the Dominos location and they act as if they don't understand you and they say they never receive an order from you. And yet you have the order drivered right to your door with missing items. They are the worst I've ever seen."

"Let me start off by saying that this is the only Domino's in the area and its fairly small so I assume they have trouble keeping up with demand at certain times but they did renovate this spot and it looks pretty neat! If you go to the store for pickup, theres a tv that shows the status of your order so you know how long you'll have to wait. Whenever I go to the store and pick up, theres never any issue but there was some problems in the past when it came to delivery. One time their website was down, so when I placed an order, it said that it didn't go through and I should try again. So I did and the same thing happened and, when I tried to call the store, I was on hold for about 30+ mins which is unacceptable. I checked my banking app and it said the order was charged to my card twice so when I spoke with the manager I told him the situation and said they will handle it. Later on, I get a call from two dominos delivery guys saying that my order is downstairs... I love dominos so I will continue to order from them but will only pickup which, I recommend if you live in the area. This store could be a whole lot better if they improve customer service."
