"The food was delicious and good service. I ordered ahead, so my food was ready a few minutes after arriving. The cashier was nice, she gave me info about the sales. What I didn't like was how dark & creepy the entrance & waiting area inside were. It looked like the place was closed, when I pulled up to park around 9pm. That doesn't seem safe for customers or the staff. Please address that.... Thanks"
"I've ordered from here 5 or 6 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME, I've either had to wait an unreasonably long time to receive my take-out order (that was placed on their app) or I've not received the correct food I ordered. Sometimes, it's been both - I've waited a long time for the wrong food. I've learned my lesson and won't be back."
"Worst in the Bronx. Worst period. Pizza undercooked, barely cut. Breadsticks under cooked. Everything cold with a fast delivery. It’s like they made the pizza halfway, YESTERDAY. Terrible"
"I placed an order that was over $50. They partner with doordash to make deliveries in which I was unaware of. I gave a $15 tip and realized after dasher left that my wings were missing and I received the wrong soda. The pizza was cold, hard and slices were not cut all the way through. Cinnamon sticks were nasty and barely had any cinnamon on them and were cold as well. I contacted the store and they sent me some new wings about 2 hours later. They were soggy and didn’t taste cooked. I had to place them in the air fryer to fully cook them. The lady in which I spoke to was extremely kind and understanding. I usually order Doninoes and never had a problem. This is my first and last time ordering from Pizza Hut. I had to force myself and beg my family to eat this so it wouldn’t go to waste. I would of rather ate some ramen noodles happily with no problem."
"I like it the kids do to. Food was good the wings better than domino's pizza. Both times I order the food hit the spot. The staff super friendly and helpful. No complaints."
