"It ain't what is used to be.. My order was canceled on me twice once on my way to pick it up. I thought picking it up was better since an order I placed a few weeks prior to that I lost money and food.. my delivery personal past by me 3xs, and my order was canceled, and not by me. I literally am located up the block less than a 2 min in car or on bike. There's 1 employee in the store with good customer service and etiquette. I stood there while one of the delivery personnel told him, "It's not my job to deal with walk-in customers.. go handle her. " I told the guy man his delivery personnel needs to be more considerate of what he says. In a neighborhood With many. Diversities of people and culture there's a high chance Someone will understand what he said and I did. Most of this location's employees tend to be very unprofessional and rude, especially if you're not of their race. I never had a racial issue with this company or store location until recent new hires. As a loyal customer to this company, I hope this isn't a reputation @Dominos wishes to uphold."
