"Waited over 1 hour plus and never reciprocated my order tried calling back and no one had explanation to give me"

"I literally saw the lady working the night. Shift box up orders and stay on the phone while doing it. Then she goes towards the back still talking on the phone While leaving the food that's boxed up at the counter. I was late to work because of it."

"Today I ordered a small one topping pizza which was terribly disgusting. The cheese was not your ordinary cheese pull to cheese and oily and the crust/dough of the pie wasn't cooking thoroughly which means with the workers dont know how to cook a pizza or the ovens are never cleaned which means the workers dont care about the atmosphere of inside the restaurant there is old dough from last week looking like cement where you order your food at on the CUSTOMERS SIDE of the counter i wpnt ever eat here again and they really lost their luster of how they used to cook and do things like back in 2011-2012. I Honestly can't wait for a new restaurant to replace this papa johns even if I don't eat at the new restaurant it will still probably be a upgrade to that papa johns disgusting food and ingredients!."

"Nothing new can really be said. Its alright for a good price. Definitely a good choice if your feeling lazy and don't wanna cook. Never had a bad experience with any of the employees, plus they have never gotten my order wrong."

"Personally, I've never had any bad experiences with Papa John's, and this is my favorite location. Everytime I order, they are prompt, Pizza tastes great!, and their drivers are courteous. I know a few people complain about their delivery charges, because their drivers fail to enter their building. I must say, maybe is not fair, yet the delivery charge is reasonable. If I had to get up from the comfort of my home, get dressed, drive there, take a taxi or bus to go pick up my Papa John's pizza, I would definetely spend more than what they charge for them to deliver. I have to go downstairs to pick up my order? I have absolutely no issues with doing so, if that means, I would walk right up to my place and eat without me having to wait to come back home with a cold pizza. And I always tip the driver!"
