"Normally when I shop at a Loft store a sales person will ask if I want them to start a dressing room for me. This one let me wander the store holding many items, even tho there were only 3 people shopping including me. I was offered this assistance on my 2nd trip to try on items. Check out was a mess. First I was repremanded by the woman because I asked if there was an additional % off. She told me not to be so impatient ...she wasn't done yet. Well, she still messes up and didn't give me the additional % off for using my Loft card on the 1st Tuesday of the month. This created a situation of having to get a mgr. And a whole conversation on how to fix since she already used my $20.00 rewards coupon. I will give them credit, it was fixed but honestly,,I was only there to use the coupon which was going to expire....otherwise I would have walked out."
"I didn't shop here for myself, I was a guest along for the ride aka the wife was shopping for herself. very clean store, employees were extremely kind to me, and they were helpful in assisting my wife with her questions about the items she came into Loft for. The store smelled really good too lol"
