"RUDE sales associate wouldn't even make eye contact when I approached her was completely condescending and disrespectful when I asked her very politely if they could remove a dress from a mannequin on the sales floor (not even in the front window) bc they didn't have my size and the next sz up was too big . She responded with we don't do that, I said I've never heard of that even working retail myself every store I've ever been to has never given me a problem doing that she responded with "we are not every store" and "Oh well". I then asked to speak to the store manager who was extremely unhelpful and telling me the sales associate that was rude is just doing her job I will not be returning to this location! Awful customer service skills even if for some reason they could not remove the dress from the mannequin she could have handled it properly and not been rude and condescending!"

"Amazing and kind stuff here. I meant to write a review sooner but I couldn’t remember the location. I had fainted in the store when my fiancé and I at the time we’re shopping for a suit for him for our wedding. and the staff was nothing but kind throughout the whole thing. They got me water and kept checking on me and didn’t rush me away. Thank you so much to the staff to help me I just wish I got your names. ❤️"

"Usually has everything I need. If you're any normal size that isn't super small, or super fat you won't be getting the clothing you wanted. Otherwise perfect. Friendly staff, clean store."

"One day I was shopping in the galleria with my friend and noticed the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and completely disrespectful to another shopper when she went up to pay. The woman tried to pay for a pair of boots and the manager told her they were on hold for someone else and then also she didn’t know she couldn’t take something off the manakin. Eaither way if that are the rules, I couldn’t believe the way it was handled. The manager didn’t even try to hold back her attitude! I felt so bad for the woman who had her little kids standing there with her and everyone waiting on line saw the whole situation. She even made faces at the woman and then stormed off and let someone else finish The payment. I’m never one to everrr complain but this was sad to see happen and I won’t be returning:("

"Well priced and decent quality clothes. I was very impressed with the level of service the girls at the register gave me with the few questions I had, one sales associate even took the time to walk me around the store and show me suggestions for what I was looking for. I will definitely be back."
