"This place is a joke if you're selling plus sized clothes. The selection for plus sized clothes is laughable. I could count the plus sized items on 2 hands. I brought in a huge basket of clothes that I've bought within this year (some sweaters having tags still) and they rejected everything I brought because "they're old or the style won't sell" but "we're looking for sweaters and outerwear" Did you ever think that the reason the styles don't sell is because you don't carry enough of them?"
"Eh. I would only recommend going there when there is a store wide sale as their prices are steep for used clothing. Selling clothes to them is a joke. I've brought in clothes multiple times (at least a bag each time) and they only buy like one item. My items still have tags on them or have been in stores within the last two years and are name brand (PINK, Gymshark, American Eagle, etc). This last time they told me my items were "too old".... Well I also bought some items and decided to see what the date was on those clothes. PINK shirt from 2018, Hollister shirt from 2018, and last but not least AE flannel from 2016!!!! Cmon those items are more than five years old! Not to mention I picked up a loft white jacket that I thought was cute and it had stains on the collar area!! You guys need to step up your buying game"
"I went here after a years of not going to donate some clothes and bag. Overall it wasn't a bad experience. I was also able to find nice decent shirts for myself as well for a good price."
"My sister and I dropped off a whole bag full of clothes that they wouldn’t take. More than half the clothes were not worn and still had tags on them that were also name brand clothes. Their excuse was they needed “spring and summer” clothes when there was multiple Jean short, tanks and etc that were all name brand. At the top was a Vera Bradley bag they didn’t even take and I’m staring to wonder if they even went through it. Do not waste your time coming here."
"Clean store with a lot of options. I just can't recommend shopping there when I can get same items at the Goodwill across the street 60% cheaper. They are very overpriced. I can get brand new name brand stuff at the actual store for the same price. No greeting when entering the store and unhappy looking employees."
