"Had to go inside the bank to get a temporary debit card it is located in Boone North Carolina and mask are required to any indoor businesses because of the increase in the delta varient due to covid everyone had a mask own which was great it didn't take long to get my card the lady who helped me was very nice and asked me if I had anymore questions so I said no and had my card in about ten minutes they also have coffee free to customers"

"My debit card was expiring and I called to see when I would receive a new one. I was told that it had been mailed out the week before to a address that wasn’t mine. They also told me they would send another one to the correct address. When asked if I wanted it sent to my branch address to receive it faster, I agreed. It has now been 4 weeks and I still don’t have my card. It’s has cause me several problems because all my payments are automatically set for my old card. I’ve spoken with several people at FNB and they act like it’s no big deal. I’m moving my account because of this experience. I felt like a smaller bank would give good customer service but I was wrong. I do not recommend using First National Bank."
