"OK, if your near Knoxville, TN don't bother trying to use this shop for any repairs.. Had a thermostat stuck open on my truck and it was running cold. Contacted this shop to see if they could take care of it...well they replaced the thermostat but then didn't get the housing sealed up good and got a coolant leak. Brought it back for them to fix it..they assured me it would be good and that they ran it to make sure the coolant got up to temp wasn't leaking and burped the air and topped off the coolant. Well 5 miles later had to stop and put a gal 1/2 of coolant in.. I continued on to SC to pu another load...found it leaking coolant again the next morning. Called them as I was headed to TX under a load and asked to be refunded for labor or for them to pay for the labor at another shop to fix the leak....apparently they won't stand behind their work...only offer was to have me drive 500 miles back to TN for them to try and fix it a 3rd time. Poor Quality Workmanship. Also they didn't tighten up a bolt on a wire loom and fell out so will need to find a replacement bolt for that as well...I'll hand the repair bill to my attorney to deal with Edited with update. Tried to contact B&C again. Asked to speak directly to the owner but Tim refused to get him involved. B&C damaged the thermostat housing unfortunately and now will have to be replaced by a competent shop. Additionally the repair cost is now approx 4k for parts and labor. B&C will not even discuss the matter so will hire a local legal svc since this shop will not deal honestly. Added additional pics showing where they broke bolts on housing and damaged the threads to the housing."
