"I have been a customer at Auto Pro for many years. Earlier this week I took my car for an oil change and to check for any routine maintenance that might be required. I was told that the cabin and engine filters needed to be changed, and I agreed. The next day, while driving, the glove box cover, where they had to access the cabin filter, fell off onto the floor, spilling out all the contents It scared me and was not safe while I was driving for that to happen While I realize that things can happen, and all the years I have been going there, nothing had ever happened of a negative nature before now I have to return for this to be rectified For this reason I cannot give five stars. And all previous visits, I have sung the praises of Auto Pro and recommended Auto Pro to many people who have also become customers. I sincerely hope that the high standards will be upheld."

"AutoPro had my vehicle for 3 days and when I pulled out of the parking lot it stalled. The reason I took it to them was because it was stalling. They told me they drove it multiple times which obviously was a lie and that it never stalled while they had it. They had the vehicle for 3 days and did absolutely nothing. They also did not call me when the truck was ready or to give me updates like they told me they would. I made an appointment to have the truck at their facility and it was supposed to be a one-day fix. Despite having an appointment it still took 3 days and we still have the same issues with the vehicle."

"This team are straight shooters and do not try to upsell services you don't need. It's nice to have experienced mechanics that are exceptional with figuring out what the specific issue is with your vehicle. Thinking we had a wheel bearing issue they determined it was actually an issue with the tires instead which saved us substantial money. It's refreshing to have someone exceed ones expectations...they've gained a future loyal customer."
