"This was the first time I have been to Matlock Tire. Everyone was super nice and helpful! Their waiting area was very comfortable. They finished my car very promptly. They rotated my tires for free since I got an oil change. My only concern was that they did not check my door panel and underfilled my tires, causing the tire light to come on."

"My tire was going low when I got into work Thursday night, I used my tire compressor and slime to fill it but it was still leaking alittle, co workers told me about Matlock Tire Store so I checked out there site and saw it was close to where I worked. Friday morning when I got off I checked my tire and looked fine but I did not trust it enough to drive 45 minutes home in snow and ice so I headed over to Matlock. I arrive before they opened but waited in the car until they turned on the lights and opened the doors, they were all very nice, offered me coffee or bottled water while I waited, they checked the tire and fixed it quickly. Customer service is what brings me back to a business and these guys went above and beyond! I will definitely be back!!"

"The team at Matlock Tire Services was very pleasant and did a great job. I was able to drop off my car before work and received a text when my car was ready before lunch. They found another damaged part that needed to be replaced and called to explain and make sure I wanted them to replace it before they did it. When I picked up my car at lunchtime, they explained everything they did and showed me the results. I was very pleased with the job the team at Matlock Tire Services did and would recommend them."

"My first time taking a vehicle to Matlock of Maryville. It happened to be my new lifted Tundra with very expensive wheels. After my appointment, I went around to check all of my rims for damage and sure enough, a very large chip on one of my rims. I initially took it there due to the cleanliness of the garage, but I should have checked with the maintenance workers. Very upset about this as there is no insurance for something like this and Matlock should take a little more pride in their work and pay a little more attention to detail. Overall, front staff was very helpful and friendly. Wait time was little over an hour for oil change and tire rotation. And online appointment was easy to schedule. Just have a little more patience in your skill, you are dealing with something that customers worked hard for."
