"Staff very nice but the lack of cleanliness is disgusting. They sat us next to the restroom, smelled the whole time. Then while drinking my water, saw that the cup was dirty at the bottom of inside the cup. Very disappointed with that."

"Drove about an hour because the pictures looked great. The food (steak and shrimp hibachi) lacked flavor. The sushi was good, but overall the wait after ordering was about an hour and 45 minutes. Had to go to the counter for refills and service. Several items were wrong or missing. Price for 5 people was $150 and we could have went to Orchid in Durham for all you can eat $29 a person for the price we paid."

"Server was great, very friendly, attentive, & helpful. A good Osumashi Soup (clear soup) has been difficult to find in the area, so they get points for that. However the rest of the food was quite plain. The restaurant itself was quite warm (hot) inside and we were clammy when we left. One of the servers mentioned she was sweating. The bathroom smelled like a subway station. Even though it was freshly mopped, the smell remained as did the dirt/black grout. The trash can was dingy & random pvc pieces were laying under the bathroom sink. The stalls themselves needed a good cleaning. It was a mediocre experience at best. If we ever went again, we'd probably get take out & season the food at home."
