"I just want to finde a new insurance for me and my family, i came this place and the lady who has purple keyboard and purple mouse on the table (she didn’t introduce herself) take care for me so rude, she asked me driver license, after that she asked a lot my information until she asked when my sister has driver license (4 years ago) so i told her i don’t remember exactly and i asked her sent me email or something i will fill in it for her later but she immediately sent back my driver license and said “sorry I can’t help you” ? What happened?"

"They doubled my monthly payment and said it was inflation... I then called and asked about the cancelation policy which someone said it's prorated and I get back whatever wasn't t used that month. Signed with progressive for WAY less. Called today to cancel. Spoke with Kim and she went through the WHOLE process. Right after she canceled my policy she said oh yeah you are going to have to pay for canceling early. This is a shaddy company and Happy to be gone. Why wouldn't you tell someone that before you cancel it."

"Raised prices 30% YOY. Allstate was significantly cheaper. 6 days after policy ended is when new policy took effect. Geico charged me over $200 for insurance in those six days. When I called customer service they wouldn't even tell me who my local agent was. Found out when all the paperwork was mailed to my house."

"I did an auto quote online for myself as i work in insurance so i didn’t need any assistance. I am not getting a new car for another 6 months but since this will be my first time on my own policy i was curious how much it would be. My quote was transferred to this office and i have been getting harassed ever since. I received an email which i did not respond to. I then received 4 back to back calls on Monday with 2 voicemails, 4 calls back to back Tuesday and another call today. I did not answer any calls and ended up having to block the number. It is legally required to have insurance, if i wanted it and or needed it right now i would let you know. You don’t need to blow up my phone. This has been really off putting and i will never go with this office in the future."
