Super Vacuums

"I am sure that the tune-up I just received was top notch. The interaction with the rep at the NF Blvd store was horrible. Upon dropping my unit off for a tune-up, he did tell me that filters for my vac were "on order". Tune-up and new filters were paid in full at time of drop-off. I called 6 days later - the tune-up was not yet complete and the filters still were not in (no ETA). I asked him to finish the tune-up and call when done. No call so I showed up at the store 2 days later. Another customer in store so I waited until she left. He brought my serviced unit out. Filters still not in. I asked for a refund on the filters. This very much displeased the store rep. He did refund me for the filters, while saying things like "thanks for supporting small business - this puts the tune-up at a negative" and "geez it's only been a week" in reference to the filters. (I don't know of any other store where you pay for a product first and then are expected to come back whenever the product may happen to come in - they are an authorized dealer of my vacuum.) The kicker was when the store rep told me to go to a competitor from now on. I did - they had the filters in stock. Thank you Super Vacuum on Niagara Falls Blvd in Tonawanda NY. At your request, I will not return."

"I had bought a vacuum cleaner at the Tonawanda, NY store 2 years ago and am VERY pleased with it. Yesterday I took an older vacuum to Bill at the store to be repaired. He changed the belt, cleaned the machine while I waited and I brought it home with me. I live a good 30-40 miles from the store on Niagara Falls Blvd. so It was great that I didn’t have go back and pick it up. This store is the only one I will be using for my floor cleaning needs. Bill is great !"
