We greeted her with a smile she frowned, we thanked her for her assistance she never responded with you're welcome. We told here we hoped she had a better day again a frown and yes she spoke English! "With prices of everything on the rise, I absolutely love shopping at big lots. If you have their bonus shopper card, you get a 5.00 off of 15.00 for every 3rd purchase. They also frequently have 20 percent off your total purchase, which is why I went shopping today. They have everything from dog food to toilet paper. I highly recommend Big Lots!!"
