"I've been dealing with Aaron for many years, and love this place. I feels since rob, and Robert left on young road the place have gone down."
"Ive been leasing with Aaron's since 2009. They are awesome! Friendly staff and excellent service!!"
"One of their employees contacted me at the request of my ex husband who has been stalking me and my daughter for over 20 years. When I called them to find out what was going on they rushed me off the call, but they did confirm that the call was placed by them. An employee named Kyle made the call."
"I've used them when they were in Lockport and had a great experience. I'm so annoyed with the Tonawanda location. I started a lease online and it said delivery in 5-7 days. After that time-frame came and went I called, it was the first time I got some female who listened to my generic issue, I say that because I did not give her my name, item I ordered, address etc. Nor did she ask for it. I also said my account did not reflect I had any lease agreement but said it shows still processing, but it was supposed to be delivered already. She said they are not responsible for what the website says re:delivery or lease processing etc. And added my item will be in their store on the 23rd so they'll deliver it then. How does she know when she didn't even know who I was or what item I was talking about? Then silence, I thought she hung up. So I was like thanks, It's been a pleasure. She isn't someone that should be doing customer service. She was rude and dismissive and I was really upset by the time our "conversation" ended. So I order an item with a 5-7 delivery window and I'm basically told off and left waiting 3 weeks, but it's not their responsibility. Then whose is it? I will never order a lease again online and I will never deal with that woman again!"
"This is a horrible place. I paid a couple of payments for my daughter when they called me about her being late with her payment and they would be going to her house to get her TV. I decided to pay her bill so she would have a TV. I gave them my bank card number over the phone as a one time use only. They however filed my card number to another persons account. I paid almost $ 800.00 on this persons account and by the time I noticed, Aaron's admitted their fault and they owed me money. However, they told me I had to dispute it through my bank. My bank got me $300 of it. But legally, they could only go back 6 months. Aaron's refuses to give me the other $500. I talked to store manager, regional manager and corporate. Regional manager Tim told store manager Becky not to answer any more questions or talk to me about account. He stated I waited too long to collect my money. Corporate refused to talk to me after 3 calls to them. Now I have to go through the hassle of taking them to small claims court, which I will do. They are banking on the fact I let this go for to long, however they admit owing me money. Deal with them at your own risk, however I would never. They were double dipping by charging this other woman the $100 per month and taking my money too."
