"Unfortunately the service level has become terrible. Been going here for decades. Today 11 people in line. Signs on drive thru "closed due to staffing" signs say "no walk in shots due to staffing" signs on door that store hours now reduced. To top it off the clerk that I told I would be switching pharmacies told me to go to Tops!"

"If you want a PLEASANT experience with patient associates, go to the Rite Aid at 2330 Niagara Falls Blvd. in the Town of Tonawanda, NY. The store is always exceptionally clean, the associates are all professional and KNOW their jobs to assist you well. The Pharmacy is top notch with friendly associates and great Pharmacists who can always answer your questions. I am also impressed with the front end cashier staff at this store who do not 'shrug at you' nor fell 'put upon' if you have a question. Good experience all round to use this Rite Aid as your "GO-TO" Drugstore. Oh, and unadvertised specials in the store are always a nice save-money surprise!"

"Everyone is Always very kind and attentive! Clean and well stocked store. Pharmacy very Professional except for a couple non Pharmacist staff ( shouldn’t be working in a vital department like this if you don’t like/care about your job)… but overall I have continued patronizing this store despite a few bad encounters with scripts."

"I've gone to Rite Aid for years and have been very satisfied with both the service and the variety of products and can always find what I need. The pharmacist are there to answer any questions I have on prescribed medications, and I receive notification when my prescriptions are ready. The clerks are friendly, courteous and helpful. Sometimes I go in just to look around and see what they have new. Having a Wellness card, I save even more on my purchases. I am a very satisfied customer, and would recommend this store to everyone."

"Stopped in for meds for my mom. I had to wait a few minutes, so I walked around. Two employees asked if I needed assistance. The store was very clean and organized. I decided to buy a few things I needed and although there was only one guy ahead of me, they opened a second register to help me out. Excellent store and excellent service in front and in the pharmacy."
