"Adding response to the response I received from owner. Sir, your letter gave a quote based on certain assumed coverage and home details. When I called, they provided almost 3 time higer quote for EXACT SAME COVERAGE AND HOME DETAILS. that is the reason provided the feedback. Received the letter in the mail from these guys for home insurance. It had coverage details and Insurance quote for that coverage. Called them to confirm the quote and then for same exact coverage, quote was provided which was close to 3 times higher. On the phone I was talking to Katie and she couldn't explain why the letter had a quote which was attractive but then for exact same coverage she quoted me a very high premium over the phone. They are sending these quote letters just to entice you to call them. Beware !!"
