JCPenney 6 McKinley Mall, Blasdell, NY 14219

"I know most if not all the employees at this location and they are all extremely kind and helpful, but there was a new guy today and he was probably the most passive aggressive/sarcastic person I've ever met. Asked me if I had a rewards card to which I responded "No", he replied with "Realllyyy?" in a sarcastic tone. Took him like 30 seconds to charge my card for my purchase. Everything else about this establishment is great and I will be back to get more stuff, but that one guy really put me off."

"I realy think that Jc pennys have picked up the pace ..the store has n ever ooked so good ..of course there's always people who drop things and leave it there .I've seen people from other departments even working their floors store looks great !! I'm pleased with their many changing products !!"

"We ordered some soup bowls two times from JC Penney dot com. both times, the deliveries were broken and not marked as fragile. We had to return once and ask for a refund the second time. The staff is inexperienced in placing a new order to replace the broken order. I would not recommend ordering from JC Penney or in store at all, not because of customer service but because of delivery and products available. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. This is ridiculous."

"Great staff who were very helpful and pleasant. Very good product selection regarding clothes. I don't understand why the floors, rugs, were unswept. Why were there many clothes, hangers, price tags on the floors near clothing racks? I was one of the first 10 people who walked into the store as is was opened by the manager. It makes the store look like it will close soon."
