"Kevin is the most humblest man I know. He honestly would give the shirt off his back to help someone in need. Food never had a issue and if anyone ever did he would truly make it up to them. Worth every penny. Be humble always"
"New Years Eve; First time coming here. Never even came when it was Al's. We had a fair sized order for 3 people. 2 subs, 20 Buffalo style medium wings, 10 Buffalo style Al's sauce wings and an order of boneless wings. The subs came right out, when I asked about the wings the girl looked a little confused. Someone hadn't put the wings down and didn't ask anyone else to. When it was caught they put them right in and talked to the person who hadn't said anything about the wings. I heard the way the owner talked to the person about their mistake and honestly I think they're needs to be more bosses/owners like him. He didn't berate or belittle them just pointed out what needs to be done next time. He then comes out to us and apologized for the delay and gives us a gift card. Then proceeds to chat us up a bit. Really friendly guy. Not a bad way to end the year."
"On a recent chilly evening, the buttery, toasty sourdough tuna melt really hit the spot! The homemade seasoned potato chips were crispy and addictive. The turkey club sub was also tasty, with crisp bacon, not wasn’t soggy and over-dressed like most subs. And try the Al’s hot sauce on the juicy wings! All for a reasonable price. What the unassuming place may lack in decor it certainly made up for in a family-run feel. Everyone seems to be close and the staff was kind. A great spot for a casual bite when you’re in the Genesee Valley visiting Letchworth State Park."
"My boyfriend and I spent the weekend enjoying Letchworth State Park and needed a place to eat. We decided on this little restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. They have good food at a reasonable price."
