Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Did a mobile order and just a little upset because I didn’t get any sour cream or vinaigrette with my salad so it is just a super dry salad bowl. I also use my free meal coupon, so I feel like that was kind of a waste. Edit: I reached out to chipotle and they gave me my free entrée back. Super quick and understanding."

"There was only one employee preparing food orders and cashing customers out. There was another employee "monitoring" blackening steak on the flat grill. This resulted in a long wait, for overpriced, over cooked food. My side of guacamole also had bits of black/brown in it, most likely from sitting out too long."

"The last few times I ordered from here, there were no chips. In one specific instance, I had to find out when I picked up the order, already expecting there would be some for my order. The staff weren’t able to give me a refund but instead directed me to call customer service. Instead of receiving a refund for the chips and queso, the customer service rep told me they would e-mail me a coupon for a free chip and guac. That is completely absurd considering guacamole is cheaper than queso. I figured the next time I would call ahead to see if they had chips available. Unfortunately the staff do not take phone calls anymore and there is a robot that answers and for the life of it will not transfer my phone call to the store. I do not recommend Chipotle and am fed up with how difficult it is to just get the food I want."

"Has to be the WORST Chipotle I have ever been to. I have been there THREE times where their entire system is down and they are closed. And when they are open and operating - they don’t have rice or they are out of many different topping options. Corporate needs to reconsider who they have running their business for them. I have never seen a franchise be ran so terribly before."

"Came in on a Sunday at 6 p.m. Many of the meat options were empty and none of the vegetables and vegetarian options were available. Beyond that the entire dining room was dirty. Trashes were full. 2 of the 4 drink options were out and there were no napkins. When I ask the girl behind the counter for some, she gave me tri-fold paper towels and apologized that there were no regular napkins. I use to like this place a lot. Won't be returning anytime soon. Seems like management doesn't care."
