"This is a great Pizza Hut. Wish they had Wing Street, though. Spoke to someone who said there may be a remodel coming in the future. Staff is friendly and attentive. Will definitely order again."

"I ordered a large Xtra cheese pizza for pickup. No one asked me about crust type and I only know of pizza hut having the pan pizza. That's what they are known for. When I got home I saw its a flat ny style pizza crust and it was totally NOT what I wanted or would have ever ordered. It was also soggy and tasted like little Ceasars $5 pizza but it was $15. Not happy"

"We have really avoided Pizza Hut for years. It was bad about six years ago when we used to order. I had a change of heart on Halloween this year and ordered eight pizzas. Every one was on point. Today we went to try their dine in. The were two other tables in the restaurant,a single gentleman and a couple. They both were eating already. We were sat right away and then left for twenty minutes. No one ever came back. They weren’t busy with take out. There weren’t a lot of people coming in and out. They just totally ignored us. After twenty minutes we got up and left and the one employee standing up front said have a nice day. Thank you Pizza Hut. I’ll find somewhere else to eat and tip."

"ALL of the Pizza Huts closed back in Buffalo. My daughter and I were so excited to see a dine in restaurant. The horrible service was a great reminder as to why they closed. HORRIBLE SERVICE, ORDER WAS WRONG, NOBODY ELSE WAS THERE YET NO REFILLS, WE WERE RUSHED OUT. WHO ASKS IF YOUR DONE WITH YOUR DRINKS WHILE YOU'RE STILL SITTING TALKING..."

"Left work after a 12 hour day. The kids wanted Pizza Hut so I call to place a carry out order to pick up on the way home. I had a 12 minute drive from work to Pizza Hut. When I called, I finally got through after a few minutes. A Man picked up to take my order. I asked what the specials were and he said “hold on.” Well, I was on hold 12.33 minutes later when I walked into Pizza Hut and surprise! There were NO customers other than myself. I walked in to order and I must say I was furious!! The Manager said” oh! That’s the call center from some other country!” Now, that didn’t make me feel better I must say. I ordered no apology and now I’m waiting in my car for my order when I should have been home 20 minutes ago. Thanks"
