Pies Guys

"So I just spent 69 dollars I always go into the Liverpool location and today all of a sudden they tell me my pizza can't be pie cut. I spend 70 dollar almost every month if not more and I always get the pizza pie cut. Today they tell me I can't the two front ladies thought it was funny. Now I don't care if it tastes the same (it doesn't ) I want it that way. I have NEVER been told it's not guaranteed and they said they can't remake the pizza. so I asked for refund just on the pizza the ladies again laughed in my face and kicked me out saying they don't give refund. So I asked let me see that in writing where it says can't guarantee pie cut and where it says no refunds. I CALLED TO GET CORPORATE NUMBER IN WHICH THEY HUNG UP ON ME After SAYING SORRY NOPE WE DONT WANT YOUR BUSINESS (MY HUSBAND WAS ON THE CALL WITH ME )I can assure you I will NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE NEITHER WILL MY FAMILY. I EVEN CALLED THE Fairmount LOCATION TO SEE IF THEY TELL THEIR CUSTOMERS ITS NOT Guarantee AND THE OWNER TOLD ME THAT IF ITS ON THE TICKET THEY SHOULD BUT THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT OVER IN LIVERPOOL WHEN HES NOT AROUND. SO I WILL BE TRAVELING TO THAT LOCATION FROM NOW ON BECAUSE THIS IS Ridiculous TO ME!!!!! Again I go in multiple times a month spend a lot of money and you guys act that way and mind you this is not the first time I've had issues there but this was the final and last straw even if they didn't tell me to leave I wouldn't go back. I could see if it wasn't on the ticket or they told me but they didn't and never have told me it wasn't guaranteed"

"Ordered a specialty pizza and a large pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and wings. Everything was great and whoever made it tonight did an exceptional job!"

"This place has horrible customer service l ordered a pizza for delivery. I live in a secure building so I asked that the driver call when he arrives. The employee took my number and repeated it back correctly. However she wrote down a digit incorrectly. An hour later I called back to learn that the pizza has been sitting in the lobby as the driver could not reach me. Clearly I am not eating a pizza that has been sitting in a lobby on the floor. The employee begins to argue with me and says that I gave her the wrong number. She then states “what do you want me to do about it” I tell her that I want a refund and because of her attitude I would not trust eating food from there at this point. The employee then told me not to call back up there saying that they would do something to the food. She then said I needed to put the pizza back in the lobby so that they could pick it up before I could get a refund. This place is rude and disrespectful."

"I love Pie Guys of Liverpool. I ordered A large pizza and medium wings tonight. The food was absolutely delicious. The young man that took my phone order was friendly and polite. My delivery was quick and hot and the young man is so nice. I have all good to say about this business! 5 stars. Deanna Crisafulli"

"Out of town for work so just felt like ordering in to my hotel. I'm only staying 4 miles from the place. I call at 8:10pm. Called back at 9:15 and they said everything is out for delivery. Buffalo chicken finger Sub finally gets here and it's cold and loaded with more lettuce than chicken. This place is a joke. Save your money. Please save your responses saying you apologize. That would mean as much as your service."
