"My family and I had an amazing experience at Smokey Bones, the food was phenomenal, the portions are huge, and came out fresh, hot, and presented well. The nachos especially stood out and were an huge hit! Our server Olivia was amazing- she went above and beyond to accommodate us and our picky eater toddler. We truly paid for not just great food but excellent service as well. Manager Laura stopped by and chatted with us briefly and thanked us for coming in. Great Job Smokey Bones Liverpool!"

"My first and last time here. It was my birthday tonight and I wanted to enjoy a good meal with my family. Thst didn't happen. The service was slow the server was boardline rude and the food was mediocre. Monet spent was a waste. Not a great birthday meal or mood. I should have gone to chipotle. SMH!!!!!!!!!"

"The food was exceptionally bad. The worst ribeye I've ever tasted no doubt. My friends got turkey, brisket, and different types of chicken. All were no no. Brisket and steak was too dry, it was like intentionally done that way. We wanted to replace pork with chicken on the nachos but they did not honor the request. The bonus was that the food took 25 minutes to come. The serving was below mediocre."
