"Store was well organized. We enjoyed looking at the funny Holiday sweaters but did not end up making a purchase this time. Store can sometimes feel crowded because aisles are small."

"I ordered off their website and had ordered presale items that I never got because they had cancelled my order without my knowledge. When I called customer service the guy had no answer as to why they would have cancelled out my order on a pre sale item but told me I could re order but still have to pay for it. No thank you I can’t trust them not to cancel stuff on my order and then I have no idea so yes horrible customer service."

"This is honestly one of the friendliest stores in the entirety of the Destiny USA Mall. The associates are always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well organized, and the team is knowledgeable about what they sell. I hope that the store checks these because they do not do the online surveys anymore at Hot Topic. I'd like to mention the associate Jasper in particular. Every time I shop in this store they are so friendly and kind, and are just an absolute delight to talk to. I'm an Assistant Customer Service Manager at my place of work and I wish that my associates were even half as customer oriented as them!"
