"I used to love Scripts and their food but unfortunately my experience today ruined my view of them. I called and ordered a wrap upon leaving my house which is 10 minutes from Scripts. The worker who answered the phone took my order and said it would be about 15 minutes until my food was ready. So I drove the 10 minutes there then was shocked to find the door locked. I then looked up what time they closed and online it said 4pm. When I ordered it was 3:35 and by the time I got to Scripts it was 3:45! They were still supposed to be open for another 15 minutes. My problem is why would a worker take my order and tell me it would be about 15 minutes when they were closed within 10 minutes of me making that phone call. To make matters worse the workers just stared at me when I was at the door clearly confused. I don’t understand why I just was not told when I called that they would be closing so then I would not have wasted my time driving there for no reason. This was extremely frustrating. Do better."

"Nice cozy place for a cup of Joe and a sandwich in Lockport. First time here. I had the Botkins breakfast sandwich and grande cappuccino. Sandwich was yummy but a touch greasy which I expected considering the bacon, egg, and garlic aioli. Cappuccino wasn't the best I ever had but good. They have several seasonal drinks that rotates every 1-3 months it looks like. Not overly priced. A little chilly in the store but hey its winter. I would visit this place again."

"Script's has a good thing going. Always busy but never crowded, their food is worth a visit. They even accommodated our 2 year old with some great options. I've had a fun time trying all of their sandwiches to find a favorite. So many to try, and I have not been disappointed! Quality ingredients and a helpful staff create a "how it used to taste" experience."

"Cute Cafe. Pastries were so fresh and tasty. Chai was delicious, so good. Orange spice special drink was great. Went on a Saturday at about 11 am, steady crowd, but not too busy. They answered all my questions and were very attentive, handcrafted drinks came out in a timely manner. I would definitely visit again, their soups and Lunch menu sounded great!"

"Best portobello sandwich ever! Staff was friendly. My mom had grilled cheese and said it was actually very good. Food was nice, warm and fresh. It's on my go back to list."
