"The meals and baked goods here are amazing, however the drinks heavily depend on who's making them. Sometimes my iced coffee is bitter, or sweet. But other then that I have no compliants, I definitely recommend."
"This is a shout out to the manager who drove a missing steak sandwich that was inadvertently left out of my to go bag. I didn’t know the sandwich was missing until I got home. After talking to him on the phone, he promptly ram out a fresh sandwich to my house which is 20 minutes away. Thank you for going the extra miles to bring me my food."
"Twice now this week I have ordered from this location and asked for no tomatoes because of an allergy to them. Says clear as day on the order and receipt, no tomatoes and still like magic, tomatoes wind up on the item. One was a sandwich and the other was pizza (asked for no tomato sauce). It would be one thing if we forgot to say it but both occasions says right on the receipt and order details. Get it together."
"Not like this Panera Bread is any different than any other Panera Bread in my opinion so it's not really about this particular location. My score has to do with the fact that the chain is decided to eliminate the only vegan soup they had there. Drove almost 30 minutes specifically for that soup for my son who wanted it. Instead he is eating a piece of bread and drinking a fountain drink. I guess I have to scratch Panera off my visit list as is no longer vegan friendly"
