Walgreens Pharmacy

"Went to the ER for kidney stone pains. I was given morphine and other drugs while there to combat the intense pain while I was there and I would need big time pain meds right away when I left. Sent the prescription to this Walgreens where we waited 30 minutes for it to be filled, then was told our insurance needed to be updated. Okay, sure, it did and that could have been something we should have checked first. Then we gave them the insurance info and were told to wait another half an hour. Wait... Then got a call our insurance info was still wrong. So it was never entered in. Repeat the whole process with another person, wait another 30 minutes, finally it's filled and ready. So, 2 hours to fill a prescription sent by the hospital. Not cool."

"30 minutes to get a flu shot? With an appointment? Moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy."

"Horrible customer service. Every time I come here they want to waste your time and run you around and not try to help you.. Came to pick up a prescription the doctor ordered. But the pharmacist for some reason needs to call to verify the prescription the doctor wrote. Second time I came here and they just waste your time it should be a simple transaction that they always make difficult. It's no wonder why they're reviews are so bad"

"Worst pharmacy ever. I am pulling all my family’s prescriptions from here. After subbing my child’s antibiotic with a different brand, that tastes awful, and not communicating the difference to me, they refuse to right the wrong. My doctor will be sending the refill to your competition. Thanks for wasting my time and money."
