"This is the last straw. At this location I have heard employees cuss out their managers, argue with customers, complain about customers, etc. Cashier and another member of the team carried on a full conversation while the customer in front of me and myself were being helped. I got home only to realize I was missing a bag of items. Yes, I should have checked but she handed them to me all at once after she bagged them- I assumed everything I purchased was there. Called to ask if there was a way to either refund the items or set the bag aside until tomorrow as I couldn’t go back to the store right away… went through the phone prompts to get to the store personnel only for them to pick up the phone and hang up. Twice. Luckily this was only a $6 mistake… I won’t fight for the money or the product at this point. Just won’t ever return to this store again."

"This store has come a long way. They really have cleaned it up the last 6 months. The staff is also very nice."

"I don't know what happened here a few months ago, but they have gotten rid of all their old employees and have hired awful people to replace them. They are so rude, so lazy, they answer personal calls in front of you and use profanity. Almost every time I have come in, there is a line of people while the manager is standing at one of the registers doing nothing, and then an older woman is at the other register trying to take care of everyone. I don't know what the past employees did that you replaced all of them but it does not seem like you made good choices as a company"
