Most of the staff members I talked to were very nice, but although I went in or called them upwards of three times to ask them to call my pharmacy for the prescription, nothing happened. I'm really disappointed in the services they claimed they would provide, yet failed to do so."

So these two wonderful ladies Jessica and Jill were so kind and went out of their own way to say I'll call CVS for them to cancel your appointment and you can have your vaccines done here. I honestly greatly appreciate the customer service and the care these two ladies had for my mistake. I appreciate they took their time with me and stepped outside the box to go above and beyond for helping me out with my mishap. They are both sweet and so kind, and I would so come back here again just because of them. I would appreciate Walgreens to give recognition for their hard work."
