"I recently visited a Jrecks and I have to say, the food was amazing! Every bite was filled with deliciousness, and the quality of the ingredients was top-notch. However, while the food was great, I have to say that the customer service could have been improved. Although the staff was polite, they seemed a bit uninterested in their job. They did not greet me with enthusiasm nor made any attempt to engage with me as a customer. Additionally, the service was slow, and it took a while for my order to be taken and completed. Despite the lackluster customer service, the food was worth the wait. I could tell that the ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The sandwiches were packed with meat, cheese, and veggies, and the bread was soft. Overall, I would recommend this sub place for its delicious food. However, if you're looking for friendly customer service, you may want to look elsewhere."
