"I had the most wonderful experience at the Massena NY Stewart’s on 56! Nick and Amanda were so friendly & helpful! I tried a new flavor ice cream and fell in love! Our service was fast and efficient! Would definitely recommend this location! Thank you Nick and Amanda!"

"This store is clean, and we efficient. They carry a wide variety of groceries. But their ice cream is the best part of the store. They have so many different flavors in pints or half gallons. They have an ice cream counter inside, you can get warm lunches here, fresh hot pizza, and they have cold deli items."

"I am usually satisfied with the service and food from Stewarts. However, I stopped in on Monday, September 5th to order 2 boxes of coffee for work the following morning. I could tell by the attitude and demeanor of the 2 employees working that they didn't want to be bothered with me. Sure enough, when I got there Tuesday morning there was no coffee made and the "note" from the night before was nowhere to be found. The morning crew were horrified and worked quickly to make me the coffee. I know it isn't easy to find help, but the employess working Monday night's shift need to go, especially the male."

"I ordered a pizza and when I got home my husband realized it wasn’t cooked all the way the dough was still raw so I called Stewart’s to let them know and the lady said that she was not going to make me a new one the same day that I just ordered my pizza that it would have to be a different day and was really rude about it. I’ll never get another pizza from Stewart’s again"

"Carry disrespectful and bad service got me and my wife a sub and the oily as heck and no lettuce and alote of crushed red peppers and barely any black olives barely any meat no mayonnaise when you ask for it but absolutely terrible service I absolutely do not recommend anybody to order any food from them they do not have my service anymore"
