"I like the coffee. I drive 10 miles to get a cup and get out of my house. Sept 6 this morning a friend stopped as she does every week, one of the cashier was running his mouth about our Mohawks of Akwesasne. About how we don’t have to work and they do. My friend has three jobs. She was so angry she doesn’t know his description. I called and asked the supervisor to talk to this morning staff himself. If we are going to Ogdensburg, Canton or Potsdam that Rt 56 store is our stop. Maybe this worker thinks we don’t earn any money."

"There's a stewarts closer to my job, but I drive a little further to go to this one. I've never been there much past noon, but the employees in the morning are so friendly. They genuinely care that you had a good experience every time you come in the store."

"Customers seem to be extremely rude every time I come. Staff seems to be working on a skeleton crew. Recently went and a customer just decided to park blocking the entrance claiming he was related to the Management there so he gets to talk to the employees however he likes. If it was just for the the employees it'd be a 4/5."

"I used to stop at this Stewart's daily for coffee, snacks and fuel. As of lately there have been a lot of new hires. The girls that work there need more customer service training. The employees never smile at you, and they are very rude, they act as if you're a bother to them. Terrible customer service. I don't stop as often as I used to because I am not treated with respect as a customer. Unfortunately this has caused me to stop elsewhere. Hopefully this will be resolved at some point so I can return as a customer."
