"The entrance was dark, making it look like they weren’t open. As noted by others, they don’t make the online orders until you tell them. This is unlike every other BK I have ever visited and not what the app says when you order. Because they clear the order out of the system instead of making it, they had to give my receipt to the cook to make the order. So it shouldn’t be a surprise they missed a sandwich that I ordered. I had to come back to get it. I wish they just followed the standards every other BK does. The fries were cold, the burger was not made as ordered, and the chicken was cold and stale, with cheese that hadn’t even thought of melting on the gently warmed sandwich. Since this has been going on for a while based on reviews, they know and haven’t changed. So maybe be warned and decide accordingly."

"I ordered mobile order, I go to pick it up and stand there for awhile till someone asked if I was the mobile order I replied yes and he told me you have to let them know. Well I haven’t ever ordered there mobile order so I didn’t know you needed to tell them and I’m not from around here so I don’t know what they do at there Burger King. An another thing wouldn’t you asked after seeing me standing there maybe a “hey can I help you”. Nope just told me that after awhile and not nicely either. So he said he’d make me fresh, I said ok. I wait then he nicely said they were done and the girl slammed them on the counter. An I got no sauce. I didn’t appreciate the way I was treated but she was so nice to the guy in front of me flirting. Never will I give this one service again and will be contacting someone about this so hopefully no one else has to experience it"

"Ordered through the app, went in to get it, after I already waited 10 minutes the female manager working at the time said in a very rude way that it was going to be awhile..only 3 customers in line and she was overwhelmed!! She definitely wasn't manager material."

"I am redoing this because the last 3 times I've been there it's been worse each time...I just left there and the women working the drive threw had no manners what so ever. I kept my cool and said please and thank you anyway, finally the last time I said thank you and got no response I loudly said "your welcome". Still nothing of course. Some people should not work on customer service."

"One star is too much. The lights are out like they’re closed but it’s only 9:17pm. I didn’t mind the line …it happens. I did strongly dislike how they did not have a receipt at the drive thru. I needed the receipt to expense the meal for work. I hope this hand written receipt works for accounting. Food was okay but Burger King needs to invest in the store."
