"I ordered to go on my phone. Not from the area however was in town as we were camping. Anyways, after ordering online it didn’t say a time so I went in after 20 minutes. First impression was it was extremely clean. The woman who waited on me was extremely nice. They were pretty busy and she was up and down talking to everyone making sure everything was okay. There ended up being a mix up with my order and the manger personally came over and apologized up and down. Even offering if I wanted anything. Not a lot of places do that anymore and I was extremely impressed. Will definitely be coming back! Of course there were some things that could be worked on but I have never had such nice people in a restaurant."
"Love the new place, but we've been 2x now and both times, we've had to throw the pizza in the air fryer when we got home because it wasn't done all the way."
"They have ample parking around the building in a parking lot. Went here for lunch today. Ordered 3 slices of pepperoni sausage pizza. Also ordered 2 slices of buffalo wing pizza,a garlic knot,a large soda and 3 small sodas. It came to just under $40.The slices were huge. The pepperoni and sausage pizza was good. So was the buffalo wing pizza. My friend said the buffalo wing pizza was a bit zesty. Everything was good. I definitely recommend for a slice of pizza.I think I like the Waterloo location better than this one. Just because the atmosphere is more appealing. This one in Geneva reminds me more of a pizza place. The one in Waterloo reminds me more of a nice Italian restaurant."
"Good solid food. We were visiting the nearby Finger Lakes Welcome Center, and it was time for lunch. We had another place in mind initially, but didn't realize that they were closed. We were lucky to find Ciccino's on one of the main streets instead. There was only one server but she did a good job managing all the tables. We ordered the Pizza Quattro Stagioni, Haddock Fra Diavolo, and the Bacon Cheddar Ranch Fries. We especially liked the fries and pizza. The haddock was good too, but just a little spicy for my taste. We had enough food for leftovers which was nice too!"
