"Their hygienist and dentist are great! I have had great experiences with both. My only complaint is that it is very hard to get an appointment unless you have a very flexible schedule. I have been going here a few years now and have rarely gotten in for my 6 month cleanings on the original date and time that I scheduled the appointments. They regularly have to reschedule appointments. Today was about the worse. After having my appt. scheduled 6 months ago, they contacted me 5 days prior to my appointment saying they didn’t have a hygienist available for my cleaning at 3:30 so they needed to reschedule for 8:45 a.m. At 8:00 a.m. I received a reminder text that I have a 9:50 appt. ????? After sending me 2 texts saying my appt. was at 8:45. I am told that it was a mistake and the appt. is 9:50. If this had been the first time something like this had happened, it would be understandable, but like I mentioned earlier, it is a regular occurrence that appointments have to be rescheduled fairly last minute."
