"Always helpful, direct, & they actually listen. Only office that isn’t an urgent care that isn’t at least a month out on scheduling. If you don’t have insurance they go by an income scale & it is always affordable. Not enough good reviews for a place that has provided consistent care to the community for years."

"First therapist session ever at this place and the Therapist didn't do anything but ask questions about school when i got pulled out of school by my mom in 4th grade. It felt more like a interrogation more then therapy and instead of helping me be calm she made my anxiety increase and i have never had a therapist make me so anxious that it made me want to vomit. The therapist also seemed very uneducated in her job cause i have autism and it was like it was the first time she heard about autism and didn't know how to handle me and had a attitude with me. And i have friends and family that had similar issues with this therapist. Im changing my therapist next time i see her or im going back to freedom house."

"Waited as an emergency walk in, they take your X-rays and tell you there’s nothing they can do for another month and a half. I used insurance so it was covered but I couldn’t imagine paying cash for an emergency visit and told they can’t treat because they’re booked solid. Most dental emergency visits will treat same day. I personally won’t go back, ended up having to go to Night and Day dental (about 35 minutes from Roxboro) and was able to be treated same day."

"Literally the WORST PLACE TO GO!!! Especially for babies! They are extremely rude, VERY impatient with people with children. I was a new patient and they told me the WRONG time over the phone. I show up to my appointment 5 mins early, which I thought. She told me with the nastiest attitude that if I didn’t finish my paperwork in the next 2 mins (which I did!) that I’d have to reschedule. While waiting there with my sick and crying baby, 20 MINUTES LATER she tells me, “yea, you’re gonna have to reschedule.” I had already been waiting 2 months for this appointment. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY LAZY VERY RUDE"

"This has too be the worst dentist ever ! Their hours vary constantly. I had a set appointment for two months for my daughter showed up and they were closed. No phone call letting me know they would be closed. I myself have had several experiences of coming in as a emergency walk in and had nothing done but an evaluation, then asked to schedule an appointment which would be months out. Then when I did schedule an appointment (2 month wait) they still did nothing for me. Now I have two broke teeth from just being “evaluated”. They have no sense of importance."
