Immediate Dental Care

"Staff was nice but definitely slow wait had appointment at 8:15 didn't get back til 930. Went in knowing I had to have tooth removed and took all the steps of antibiotics and such leading up to appointment so there was no waiting and back n forth of time wasted just to be told that doctor thats there can't do extractions. Waste of $100 to be told yup that tooth needs to be removed"

"I waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment time to be called back. Only to be told that “my teeth are perfect and don’t need cleaning only polish.” Then at the recommendation of the doctor I order a mouth guard. They call me when it “comes in” I go to pick it up on my lunch break and wait over an hour again, I got up and left. Then I turn around to see the hygienist chasing me out to tell me that they should have the guard in the following day… why call me if you don’t have it? I wasn’t belligerent or even rushing them to get it in. When the mouth guard finally got in I waited an hour after my scheduled appointment to only be seen for a total of 3 minutes. It’s obvious that they’ve never dealt with anyone other than those who have no choice however I do and I will never be back. Avoid this place unless you have time to waste and if they’re your only option, you’d be better off just dealing with whatever you have going on."

"My front tooth broke on a Friday so I called Immediate Dental Care and made an appointment for Monday morning. The Dentist saw me as soon as he could. He takes his time with his patients making sure everything is taken care of. They took X-ray's of everyone's teeth while we were waiting. The staff was very helpful and polite. When the dentist fixed my tooth he did more than a fantastic job! He fixed it way better than the dentist at Miller and Associates. I am very impressed with his work."

"Went in for an emergency tooth extraction without an appointment. Waited about an hour, got the X-rays done and wasn’t too much longer before I was in a room. The nurses and dentist was very nice and explained the process very well and helped Ease my nervousness. The dentist was very thorough and the whole procedure was done in about 20 minutes. It was affordable and quick considering most immediate dental places aren’t a good experience! This one was the best experience (considering what it was for). Very pleased at how helpful and caring they were! Will go back in the future when needed!"

Although, they were very busy that day, they took care of my needs promptly, provided me with insight on how to care for my situation moving forward. Nice people, and I would definitely recommend. Also, it was a last minute emergency and the procedure was affordable. I appreciate you all!"
